Prism Sound have announced a collaboration that will see Ginger Audio’s GroundControl Sphere software integrated with their recently released Dream ADA-128 modular converter system.

The Dream ADA-128 system can be fitted with up to 16 analogue and digital I/O modules, and is capable of providing up to 128 channels of Prism Sound’s renowned A-D and D-A conversion in just 2U of rack space. It’s modular design allows users to configure a system to meet their exact requirements, and can be used as both a high-end studio conversion system and a networkable audio distribution and processing system.

Said to be the perfect solution for surround and immersive audio setups, Ginger Audio’s GroundControl Pro is a professional multi0channel audio routing and control room software package that can handle up to 128 inputs and outputs whilst catering to monitoring formats from stereo up to 9.1.6. It can be used to switch between different monitoring configurations quickly and easily, making it an ideal for those mixing and mastering in formats such as Dolby Atmos. It is also capable of handling a range of speaker tuning and room correction tasks, and boasts EUCON support for integration with Avid’s range of hardware control surfaces.
